Responsibilities

What you'll do.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels (LinkedIn, cold outreach, networking).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to create accurate project estimates and timelines.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and CRM records.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

Requirements

What we're looking for.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of software development services and IT industry.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
  • Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to understand client needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Network in the software development industry is a plus.
