What you'll do.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels (LinkedIn, cold outreach, networking).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with technical teams to create accurate project estimates and timelines.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and CRM records.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
Requirements
What we're looking for.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of software development services and IT industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
- Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset and strong work ethic.
- Ability to understand client needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Network in the software development industry is a plus.
